Hello! Today I wanted to share with you a nice recipe "svuotafrigo" ... the other week I had a little 'meat and cheese scattered here and there in the fridge, but I did not know what to do!
the end, it came out this:
A donut rustic, modest, was very good ! was literally devoured!
Here's the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
400g flour
a glass of milk
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs (the clear whip)
50 g butter
yeast dissolved in a little 'water
salt, pepper and "scrap of cheese, salami, etc."
PROCEDURE
Whisk the egg whites, then add the egg whites, egg yolks with milk and butter (softened earlier). Gradually add flour, oil and yeast. Mix well and let rise.
NB the mixture is thick, to be clear which ones like pizza!
After proving add salt, pepper and cheese and let it rest for about half an hour or so.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 min
