But the most astounding thing is the audacity with which Ventura says that its policy is not to plan, schedule, future planning and employment of our city, but to provide answers to a few dozen people. Ventura knows how many are unemployed in the city? So by taking many biomass power stations, gas terminals, possibly nuclear power plants should be built to give 'his' answers to the citizens of Barlow? Ventura

I would not want this measure is a tool to deceive the citizens and encourage them to rely on politically desperate to sponsor the operation, bringing consensus in the next electoral contest.
If so one would then be not only a blatant ignorance about the effects that a biomass power plant on the health of urban citizens and the livability (And a manager can not afford ignorance about such delicate matters and compromising the future of a community) but also of actions designed to benefit a few.
